Soft Teach Small Print
Approval Agreement:
Soft Teach Educational agree to send out on approval packages to schools
a`nd other institutes in the UK on 28 day approval. The institute agrees
to pay the invoice before the end of the 28 days, unless the package(s)
have been sent back IN PERFECT CONDITION; the return postage is the liability
of the institute. Discs which have been copied while on approval will
not be accepted for return and the institute will be charged.

Site Licence Agreement
A Soft Teach Educational School Site Licence Agreement applies to all
our products if the disc label as printed by Soft Teach states that the
product has been sold as a Site Licence.
Soft Teach Educational hereby grants to the Licensee the non-exclusive licence to use the software on the terms and conditions set out below.
The Site is defined as the school or institution who have purchased the software and typed in the personal release number as given by Soft Teach Educational. Where more than one institution occupies the same physical site, e.g. infant and junior school, they are deemed to be separate sites. Split site institutions are regarded as one site.
The Software is defined as all copies or upgrades of the computer program held within the site.
The Documentation is defined as all printed materials with the software.
Conditions of use:
1. The software and documentation may be copied or dowloaded for use within the site of the purchasing school or institution up to the maximum of licenced users as printed on the Soft Teach disc label.
2. The software and documentation may be used outside the site only by members of the school or institution when its use is directly supporting the work of that school or institution but not exceeding the number of licenced users.
3. The software and documentation may NOT be given, sold, lent hired or in any other way distributed to anyone who is not a member of the purchasing school or institution.
4. The Software may not be modified, merged included with other software, translated or reverse-engineered.
Terms
This Agreement should be read before typing your release number into the program; typing in your personal release number indicates acceptance of this agreement. As Licensee you own the physical media on which the software is recorded, but Soft Teach Educational and their associates retains title, ownership and copyright of the software recorded on the original disc, and all subsequent copies and have on site inspection rights in matters concerning the Software.
